I (Marc) became the Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church of Diana, TX in August of 2014, and I continue to lead and shepherd the congregation of FBC Diana today.
My wife, Cassie (married 6/11/2005), and I, along with our two sons, Micah (born 11/21/2006) and Malachi (born 12/8/2015), live in Longview, TX.
My love for Christ and for the local church compels my pastoral philosophy and efforts. This blog is where I think out loud, share content I’ve found useful among my own congregation, and occasionally engage with the broader evangelical conversations regarding a number of church-related doctrines and practices.
